A father and a son (two persons)

[1] These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: [2] As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. [3] And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. [4] I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. [5] And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. [6] I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word. [7] Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee. [8] For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me. [15] I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. [16] They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. [17] Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. [18] As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. [19] And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. [20] Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; [21] That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. [22] And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: [23] I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me. [24] Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. 1 تَكَلَّمَ يَسُوعُ بِهذَا وَرَفَعَ عَيْنَيْهِ نَحْوَ السَّمَاءِ وَقَالَ:«أَيُّهَا الآبُ، قَدْ أَتَتِ السَّاعَةُ. مَجِّدِ ابْنَكَ لِيُمَجِّدَكَ ابْنُكَ أَيْضًا، 2 إِذْ أَعْطَيْتَهُ سُلْطَانًا عَلَى كُلِّ جَسَدٍ لِيُعْطِيَ حَيَاةً أَبَدِيَّةً لِكُلِّ مَنْ أَعْطَيْتَهُ. 3 وَهذِهِ هِيَ الْحَيَاةُ الأَبَدِيَّةُ: أَنْ يَعْرِفُوكَ أَنْتَ الإِلهَ الْحَقِيقِيَّ وَحْدَكَ وَيَسُوعَ الْمَسِيحَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلْتَهُ. 5 وَالآنَ مَجِّدْنِي أَنْتَ أَيُّهَا الآبُ عِنْدَ ذَاتِكَ بِالْمَجْدِ الَّذِي كَانَ لِي عِنْدَكَ قَبْلَ كَوْنِ الْعَالَمِ. 6 «أَنَا أَظْهَرْتُ اسْمَكَ لِلنَّاسِ الَّذِينَ أَعْطَيْتَنِي مِنَ الْعَالَمِ. كَانُوا لَكَ وَأَعْطَيْتَهُمْ لِي، وَقَدْ حَفِظُوا كَلاَمَكَ. 7 وَالآنَ عَلِمُوا أَنَّ كُلَّ مَا أَعْطَيْتَنِي هُوَ مِنْ عِنْدِكَ، 8 لأَنَّ الْكَلاَمَ الَّذِي أَعْطَيْتَنِي قَدْ أَعْطَيْتُهُمْ، وَهُمْ قَبِلُوا وَعَلِمُوا يَقِينًا أَنِّي خَرَجْتُ مِنْ عِنْدِكَ، وَآمَنُوا أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ أَرْسَلْتَنِي. 9 مِنْ أَجْلِهِمْ أَنَا أَسْأَلُ. لَسْتُ أَسْأَلُ مِنْ أَجْلِ الْعَالَمِ، بَلْ مِنْ أَجْلِ الَّذِينَ أَعْطَيْتَنِي لأَنَّهُمْ لَكَ. 10 وَكُلُّ مَا هُوَ لِي فَهُوَ لَكَ، وَمَا هُوَ لَكَ فَهُوَ لِي، وَأَنَا مُمَجَّدٌ فِيهِمْ. 11 وَلَسْتُ أَنَا بَعْدُ فِي الْعَالَمِ، وَأَمَّا هؤُلاَءِ فَهُمْ فِي الْعَالَمِ، وَأَنَا آتِي إِلَيْكَ. أَيُّهَا الآبُ الْقُدُّوسُ، احْفَظْهُمْ فِي اسْمِكَ الَّذِينَ أَعْطَيْتَنِي، لِيَكُونُوا وَاحِدًا كَمَا نَحْنُ. 13 أَمَّا الآنَ فَإِنِّي آتِي إِلَيْكَ. وَأَتَكَلَّمُ بِهذَا فِي الْعَالَمِ لِيَكُونَ لَهُمْ فَرَحِي كَامِلاً فِيهِمْ. 16 لَيْسُوا مِنَ الْعَالَمِ كَمَا أَنِّي أَنَا لَسْتُ مِنَ الْعَالَمِ. 18 كَمَا أَرْسَلْتَنِي إِلَى الْعَالَمِ أَرْسَلْتُهُمْ أَنَا إِلَى الْعَالَمِ، 19 وَلأَجْلِهِمْ أُقَدِّسُ أَنَا ذَاتِي، لِيَكُونُوا هُمْ أَيْضًا مُقَدَّسِينَ فِي الْحَقِّ. 21 لِيَكُونَ الْجَمِيعُ وَاحِدًا، كَمَا أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ أَيُّهَا الآبُ فِيَّ وَأَنَا فِيكَ، لِيَكُونُوا هُمْ أَيْضًا وَاحِدًا فِينَا، لِيُؤْمِنَ الْعَالَمُ أَنَّكَ أَرْسَلْتَنِي. 22 وَأَنَا قَدْ أَعْطَيْتُهُمُ الْمَجْدَ الَّذِي أَعْطَيْتَنِي، لِيَكُونُوا وَاحِدًا كَمَا أَنَّنَا نَحْنُ وَاحِدٌ. 23 أَنَا فِيهِمْ وَأَنْتَ فِيَّ لِيَكُونُوا مُكَمَّلِينَ إِلَى وَاحِدٍ، وَلِيَعْلَمَ الْعَالَمُ أَنَّكَ أَرْسَلْتَنِي، وَأَحْبَبْتَهُمْ كَمَا أَحْبَبْتَنِي. 24 أَيُّهَا الآبُ أُرِيدُ أَنَّ هؤُلاَءِ الَّذِينَ أَعْطَيْتَنِي يَكُونُونَ مَعِي حَيْثُ أَكُونُ أَنَا، لِيَنْظُرُوا مَجْدِي الَّذِي أَعْطَيْتَنِي، لأَنَّكَ أَحْبَبْتَنِي قَبْلَ إِنْشَاءِ الْعَالَمِ. 25 أَيُّهَا الآبُ الْبَارُّ، إِنَّ الْعَالَمَ لَمْ يَعْرِفْكَ، أَمَّا أَنَا فَعَرَفْتُكَ، وَهؤُلاَءِ عَرَفُوا أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ أَرْسَلْتَنِي. 26 وَعَرَّفْتُهُمُ اسْمَكَ وَسَأُعَرِّفُهُمْ، لِيَكُونَ فِيهِمُ الْحُبُّ الَّذِي أَحْبَبْتَنِي بِهِ، وَأَكُونَ أَنَا فِيهِمْ».  إنجيل يوحنا26,25,24,23,22,21,19,18,16,13,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,3,2,1:17

[7] Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. [10] Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; [14] He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. [15] All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you. 3 وَسَيَفْعَلُونَ هذَا بِكُمْ لأَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَعْرِفُوا الآبَ وَلاَ عَرَفُونِي. 5 «وَأَمَّا الآنَ فَأَنَا مَاضٍ إِلَى الَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي، وَلَيْسَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ يَسْأَلُنِي: أَيْنَ تَمْضِي؟ 7 لكِنِّي أَقُولُ لَكُمُ الْحَقَّ: إِنَّهُ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ أَنْ أَنْطَلِقَ، لأَنَّهُ إِنْ لَمْ أَنْطَلِقْ لاَ يَأْتِيكُمُ الْمُعَزِّي، وَلكِنْ إِنْ ذَهَبْتُ أُرْسِلُهُ إِلَيْكُمْ. 10 وَأَمَّا عَلَى بِرّ فَلأَنِّي ذَاهِبٌ إِلَى أَبِي وَلاَ تَرَوْنَنِي أَيْضًا. 13 وَأَمَّا مَتَى جَاءَ ذَاكَ، رُوحُ الْحَقِّ، فَهُوَ يُرْشِدُكُمْ إِلَى جَمِيعِ الْحَقِّ، لأَنَّهُ لاَ يَتَكَلَّمُ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ، بَلْ كُلُّ مَا يَسْمَعُ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِهِ، وَيُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأُمُورٍ آتِيَةٍ. 15 كُلُّ مَا لِلآبِ هُوَ لِي. لِهذَا قُلْتُ إِنَّهُ يَأْخُذُ مِمَّا لِي وَيُخْبِرُكُمْ. 16 بَعْدَ قَلِيل لاَ تُبْصِرُونَنِي، ثُمَّ بَعْدَ قَلِيل أَيْضًا تَرَوْنَنِي، لأَنِّي ذَاهِبٌ إِلَى الآبِ». 17 فَقَالَ قَوْمٌ مِنْ تَلاَمِيذِهِ، بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ:«مَا هُوَ هذَا الَّذِي يَقُولُهُ لَنَا: بَعْدَ قَلِيل لاَ تُبْصِرُونَنِي، ثُمَّ بَعْدَ قَلِيل أَيْضًا تَرَوْنَنِي، وَلأَنِّي ذَاهِبٌ إِلَى الآبِ؟». 23 وَفِي ذلِكَ الْيَوْمِ لاَ تَسْأَلُونَنِي شَيْئًا. اَلْحَقَّ الْحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ: إِنَّ كُلَّ مَا طَلَبْتُمْ مِنَ الآبِ بِاسْمِي يُعْطِيكُمْ. 25 «قَدْ كَلَّمْتُكُمْ بِهذَا بِأَمْثَال، وَلكِنْ تَأْتِي سَاعَةٌ حِينَ لاَ أُكَلِّمُكُمْ أَيْضًا بِأَمْثَال، بَلْ أُخْبِرُكُمْ عَنِ الآبِ عَلاَنِيَةً. 26 فِي ذلِكَ الْيَوْمِ تَطْلُبُونَ بِاسْمِي. وَلَسْتُ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ إِنِّي أَنَا أَسْأَلُ الآبَ مِنْ أَجْلِكُمْ، 27 لأَنَّ الآبَ نَفْسَهُ يُحِبُّكُمْ، لأَنَّكُمْ قَدْ أَحْبَبْتُمُونِي، وَآمَنْتُمْ أَنِّي مِنْ عِنْدِ اللهِ خَرَجْتُ. 28 خَرَجْتُ مِنْ عِنْدِ الآبِ، وَقَدْ أَتَيْتُ إِلَى الْعَالَمِ، وَأَيْضًا أَتْرُكُ الْعَالَمَ وَأَذْهَبُ إِلَى الآبِ». 30 اَلآنَ نَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ عَالِمٌ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ، وَلَسْتَ تَحْتَاجُ أَنْ يَسْأَلَكَ أَحَدٌ. لِهذَا نُؤْمِنُ أَنَّكَ مِنَ اللهِ خَرَجْتَ». 32 هُوَذَا تَأْتِي سَاعَةٌ، وَقَدْ أَتَتِ الآنَ، تَتَفَرَّقُونَ فِيهَا كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ إِلَى خَاصَّتِهِ، وَتَتْرُكُونَنِي وَحْدِي. وَأَنَا لَسْتُ وَحْدِي لأَنَّ الآبَ مَعِي.  إنجيل يوحنا32,30,28,27,26,25,23,17,16,15,13,10,7,5,3:16

1 “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. 2 My Father’s house has many rooms; if it were not so, would I have told you?”  “I am going there to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to myself that you also may be where I am. 4 You know the way to where I am going.” 5 Thomas said to him, “Lord, we do not know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”  6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If you had known me, you would have known my Father also; and from now on you do know him and have seen him.” 8 Philip said to him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us.”  9 Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? 10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words I speak to you I do not speak on my own authority, but it is the Father who dwells in me who does the works.”


11 Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or else believe me on account of the works themselves. 12 Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and greater works than these will they do, because I am going to the Father.

13 And whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.  14 If you ask anything in my name, I will do it.  15 “If you love me, keep my commandments.”

(The Holy Spirit):

16 “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate to help you and be with you forever—17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.”

18 I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. 19 In a little while the world will no longer see me, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live.

20 On that day you will know that I am in my Father and my Father is in me, and I am in you.

21 Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.

26 But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. 27 “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.  Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

(My Father is greater than I):

28 You heard me say to you, “I am going away and I am coming back to you.” If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, because my Father is greater than I.

29 I have told you now before it happens, so that when it does happen you will believe.  30 I will not speak much more with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has no claim on me. 31 But I want the world to know that I love the Father and do just what the Father has commanded me. Now get up, let us leave here.

But he said: “Who saw me, saw the Father, how says you: let us see the Father?” He could say “I am the Father” but he did not say this. “I am with you and you did not know me”:
This is the meaning as long as he is not the Father as saying in Aya 21 “I Like father ,I love him” which means they are two and not one. And the best: 21 who has my prayers and keeps it, who loves me, and who loves me love my father, I love him, and showed him self. ”

لم يقصد أن يقول “أنا الآب معكم”، فإنه أضاف قائلا:-

10 أَلَسْتَ تُؤْمِنُ أَنِّي أَنَا فِي الآبِ وَالآبَ فِيَّ؟ الْكَلاَمُ الَّذِي أُكَلِّمُكُمْ بِهِ لَسْتُ أَتَكَلَّمُ بِهِ مِنْ نَفْسِي، لكِنَّ الآبَ الْحَالَّ فِيَّ هُوَ يَعْمَلُ الأَعْمَالَ.

(لم يقل “يتكلم” بل قال “يعمل الأعمال”)

قال لَهُ فِيلُبُّسُ:«يَا سَيِّدُ، أَرِنَا الآبَ وَكَفَانَا». 9 قَالَ لَهُ يَسُوعُ:«أَنَا مَعَكُمْ زَمَانًا هذِهِ مُدَّتُهُ وَلَمْ تَعْرِفْنِي يَا فِيلُبُّسُ اَلَّذِي رَآنِي فَقَدْ رَأَى الآبَ فكيف تقول أنت أرنا الآب.
لم يقل: أنا الآب.
بل قال:
“اَلَّذِي رَآنِي فَقَدْ رَأَى الآبَ، فَكَيْفَ تَقُولُ أَنْتَ: أَرِنَا الآبَ؟”
كان يمكنه ان يقول “أنا الآب” ولكنه لم يقل هذا.
أما  “أنا معكم ولم تعرفني”: أي لم تعرف لماذا أنا معكم، لأني وسيلة تعرفكم على الآب.
هذا هو المعنى طالما أنه ليس الآب بدليل قوله في آية ٢١ “يحبه أبي، وأنا أحبه” أي انهما إثنان وليسا واحدا.
والآيةهى:
21 اَلَّذِي عِنْدَهُ وَصَايَايَ وَيَحْفَظُهَا فَهُوَ الَّذِي يُحِبُّنِي، وَالَّذِي يُحِبُّنِي يُحِبُّهُ أَبِي، وَأَنَا أُحِبُّهُ، وَأُظْهِرُ لَهُ ذَاتِي».

اَلْحَقَّ الْحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ: مَنْ يُؤْمِنُ بِي فَالأَعْمَالُ الَّتِي أَنَا أَعْمَلُهَا يَعْمَلُهَا هُوَ أَيْضًا، وَيَعْمَلُ أَعْظَمَ مِنْهَا، لأَنِّي مَاضٍ إِلَى أَبِي. 13.

واضح من الآية السابقة أن يسوع إنسان فقط وليس إلها لأن لا أحد يعمل أعظم من أعمال الله.
كما أن(  الله) الآب أعظم من يسوع:
28 سَمِعْتُمْ أَنِّي قُلْتُ لَكُمْ: أَنَا أَذْهَبُ ثُمَّ آتِي إِلَيْكُمْ. لَوْ كُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّونَنِي لَكُنْتُمْ تَفْرَحُونَ لأَنِّي قُلْتُ أَمْضِي إِلَى الآبِ، لأَنَّ أَبِي أَعْظَمُ مِنِّي.

أما : وَالَّذِي يَرَانِي يَرَى الَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي.

فمعناها: كأنه رأى الذي ارسلني

ولم يقل: لأني هو.

What is the meaning of: “And he who sees me sees He who sent me.”

It means “as if he saw”

The evidence is his statement:

But he also said what meant that he and his father are not one.

As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.

No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

في هذا الإصحاح أخطر آية في المسيحية وهي:
30 أَنَا وَالآبُ وَاحِدٌ». قالها يسوع.
ولكن فيه أيضا آيات تقول أنه ليس واحدا مع الآب، وهي:
—
15 كَمَا أَنَّ الآبَ يَعْرِفُنِي وَأَنَا أَعْرِفُ الآبَ.
18 هذِهِ الْوَصِيَّةُ قَبِلْتُهَا مِنْ أَبِي».
17 لِهذَا يُحِبُّنِي الآبُ،
25 اَلأَعْمَالُ الَّتِي أَنَا أَعْمَلُهَا بِاسْمِ أَبِي هِيَ تَشْهَدُ لِي.
29 أَبِي الَّذِي أَعْطَانِي إِيَّاهَا هُوَ أَعْظَمُ مِنَ الْكُلِّ، وَلاَ يَقْدِرُ أَحَدٌ أَنْ يَخْطَفَ مِنْ يَدِ أَبِي.
(ولاحظوا أن عبارة هو أعظم من الكل التي وصف بها يسوع الآب معناها أنه أعظم من يسوع أيضا).
أما آية:
30 “أَنَا وَالآبُ وَاحِدٌ”:
فواضح من الآيات السابقة عليها والآيات الآتية بعدها أنها تعبيرأدبي وأنهما ليسا واحدا:
وهي:
32 «أَعْمَالاً كَثِيرَةً حَسَنَةً أَرَيْتُكُمْ مِنْ عِنْدِ أَبِي».
36 فَالَّذِي قَدَّسَهُ الآبُ وَأَرْسَلَهُ إِلَى الْعَالَمِ، أَتَقُولُونَ لَهُ: إِنَّكَ تُجَدِّفُ، لأَنِّي قُلْتُ: إِنِّي ابْنُ اللهِ؟
37 إِنْ كُنْتُ لَسْتُ أَعْمَلُ أَعْمَالَ أَبِي فَلاَ تُؤْمِنُوا بِي.
38 وَلكِنْ إِنْ كُنْتُ أَعْمَلُ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تُؤْمِنُوا بِي فَآمِنُوا بِالأَعْمَالِ، لِكَيْ تَعْرِفُوا وَتُؤْمِنُوا أَنَّ الآبَ فِيَّ وَأَنَا فِيهِ». 
تعبير أدبي لأن جميع الآيات تدل انهما ليسا واحدا.

كلمة ⲑⲉⲟⲥ:
33 أَجَابَهُ الْيَهُودُ قَائِلِينَ:«لَسْنَا نَرْجُمُكَ لأَجْلِ عَمَل حَسَنٍ، بَلْ لأَجْلِ تَجْدِيفٍ، فَإِنَّكَ وَأَنْتَ إِنْسَانٌ تَجْعَلُ نَفْسَكَ إِلهًا»
34 أَجَابَهُمْ يَسُوعُ: «أَلَيْسَ مَكْتُوبًا فِي نَامُوسِكُمْ: أَنَا قُلْتُ إِنَّكُمْ آلِهَةٌ؟
وهم طبعا ليسوا آلهة، فهو تعبير ادبي ربما معناه “قديسون”.

16 وَإِنْ كُنْتُ أَنَا أَدِينُ فَدَيْنُونَتِي حَق، لأَنِّي لَسْتُ وَحْدِي، بَلْ أَنَا وَالآبُ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي. 28 فَقَالَ لَهُمْ يَسُوعُ:«مَتَى رَفَعْتُمُ ابْنَ الإِنْسَانِ، فَحِينَئِذٍ تَفْهَمُونَ أَنِّي أَنَا هُوَ، وَلَسْتُ أَفْعَلُ شَيْئًا مِنْ نَفْسِي، بَلْ أَتَكَلَّمُ بِهذَا كَمَا عَلَّمَنِي أَبِي. 38 أَنَا أَتَكَلَّمُ بِمَا رَأَيْتُ عِنْدَ أَبِي، وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ مَا رَأَيْتُمْ عِنْدَ أَبِيكُمْ». 42 فَقَالَ لَهُمْ يَسُوعُ:«لَوْ كَانَ اللهُ أَبَاكُمْ لَكُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّونَنِي، لأَنِّي خَرَجْتُ مِنْ قِبَلِ اللهِ وَأَتَيْتُ. لأَنِّي لَمْ آتِ مِنْ نَفْسِي، بَلْ ذَاكَ أَرْسَلَنِي. 49 أَجَابَ يَسُوعُ:«أَنَا لَيْسَ بِي شَيْطَانٌ، لكِنِّي أُكْرِمُ أَبِي وَأَنْتُمْ تُهِينُونَنِي. 54 أَجَابَ يَسُوعُ:«إِنْ كُنْتُ أُمَجِّدُ نَفْسِي فَلَيْسَ مَجْدِي شَيْئًا. أَبِي هُوَ الَّذِي يُمَجِّدُنِي، الَّذِي تَقُولُونَ أَنْتُمْ إِنَّهُ إِلهُكُمْ، 55 وَلَسْتُمْ تَعْرِفُونَهُ. وَأَمَّا أَنَا فَأَعْرِفُهُ. وَإِنْ قُلْتُ إِنِّي لَسْتُ أَعْرِفُهُ أَكُونُ مِثْلَكُمْ كَاذِبًا، لكِنِّي أَعْرِفُهُ وَأَحْفَظُ قَوْلَهُ. 26 إِنَّ لِي أَشْيَاءَ كَثِيرَةً أَتَكَلَّمُ وَأَحْكُمُ بِهَا مِنْ نَحْوِكُمْ، لكِنَّ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي هُوَ حَق. وَأَنَا مَا سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْهُ، فَهذَا أَقُولُهُ لِلْعَالَمِ».
29 وَالَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي هُوَ مَعِي، وَلَمْ يَتْرُكْنِي الآبُ وَحْدِي، لأَنِّي فِي كُلِّ حِينٍ أَفْعَلُ مَا يُرْضِيهِ». 40 وَلكِنَّكُمُ الآنَ تَطْلُبُونَ أَنْ تَقْتُلُونِي، وَأَنَا إِنْسَانٌ قَدْ كَلَّمَكُمْ بِالْحَقِّ الَّذِي سَمِعَهُ مِنَ اللهِ. هذَا لَمْ يَعْمَلْهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ.  إنجيل يوحنا 40,29,26,55,54,49,42,38,28,16:8

—
Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.
Then cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not.
But I know him: for I am from him, and he hath sent me.
Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while am I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me.

16 أَجَابَهُمْ يَسُوعُ وَقَالَ:«تَعْلِيمِي لَيْسَ لِي بَلْ لِلَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي. 28 فَنَادَى يَسُوعُ وَهُوَ يُعَلِّمُ فِي الْهَيْكَلِ قِائِلاً: «تَعْرِفُونَنِي وَتَعْرِفُونَ مِنْ أَيْنَ أَنَا، وَمِنْ نَفْسِي لَمْ آتِ، بَلِ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي هُوَ حَق، الَّذِي أَنْتُمْ لَسْتُمْ تَعْرِفُونَهُ. 29 أَنَا أَعْرِفُهُ لأَنِّي مِنْهُ، وَهُوَ أَرْسَلَنِي». 33 فَقَالَ لَهُمْ يَسُوعُ:«أَنَا مَعَكُمْ زَمَانًا يَسِيرًا بَعْدُ، ثُمَّ أَمْضِي إِلَى الَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي. 38 مَنْ آمَنَ بِي، كَمَا قَالَ الْكِتَابُ، تَجْرِي مِنْ بَطْنِهِ أَنْهَارُ مَاءٍ حَيٍّ»..  إنجيل يوحنا39,38,33,29,28,16:7
