My belief 109

Whoever believes that Jesus is God, or that he is another god:
That is their belief, not mine.
—
However, the following verses support the humanity of Jesus, from the chapters of the New Testament, in order:

Matthew 1:

1 The book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham:

16 And James begat Joseph, the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called the Messiah.

(Note the expression “the husband of Mary.”)

18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: When His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit.

19 Now Joseph her husband, being a righteous man, and not wanting to make her a public disgrace, intended to put her away quietly.

20 But while he was considering these things, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for that which is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.

21 She will give birth to a son, and you will call him Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.

22 All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had spoken through the prophet:

23 “Behold, the virgin shall conceive and give birth to a son, and they shall call him Immanuel,” which means, “God with us.”

(The expression “God with us” does not mean that he is a person living with us.)

24 When Joseph woke up, he did as the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took his wife.

25 But he did not consummate the marriage until she gave birth to her firstborn son, and he named him Jesus.

من يعتبر أن يسوع هو الله، أو أنه إله آخر:
فهذا شأنه،
ولكن فيما يلي بعض الآيات التي تدعم بشرية يسوع: من إصحاحات العهد الجديد بالتدريج:-
متى ١:
1 كِتَابُ مِيلاَدِ يَسُوعَ الْمَسِيحِ ابْنِ دَاوُدَ ابْنِ إِبْراهِيمَ:

16 وَيَعْقُوبُ وَلَدَ يُوسُفَ رَجُلَ مَرْيَمَ الَّتِي وُلِدَ مِنْهَا يَسُوعُ الَّذِي يُدْعَى الْمَسِيحَ.
(لاحظ تعبير رجل مريم).
18 أَمَّا وِلاَدَةُ يَسُوعَ الْمَسِيحِ فَكَانَتْ هكَذَا: لَمَّا كَانَتْ مَرْيَمُ أُمُّهُ مَخْطُوبَةً لِيُوسُفَ، قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجْتَمِعَا، وُجِدَتْ حُبْلَى مِنَ الرُّوحِ الْقُدُسِ.
19 فَيُوسُفُ رَجُلُهَا إِذْ كَانَ بَارًّا، وَلَمْ يَشَأْ أَنْ يُشْهِرَهَا، أَرَادَ تَخْلِيَتَهَا سِرًّا.
20 وَلكِنْ فِيمَا هُوَ مُتَفَكِّرٌ فِي هذِهِ الأُمُورِ، إِذَا مَلاَكُ الرَّبِّ قَدْ ظَهَرَ لَهُ فِي حُلْمٍ قَائِلاً:«يَا يُوسُفُ ابْنَ دَاوُدَ، لاَ تَخَفْ أَنْ تَأْخُذَ مَرْيَمَ امْرَأَتَكَ. لأَنَّ الَّذِي حُبِلَ بِهِ فِيهَا هُوَ مِنَ الرُّوحِ الْقُدُسِ.
21 فَسَتَلِدُ ابْنًا وَتَدْعُو اسْمَهُ يَسُوعَ. لأَنَّهُ يُخَلِّصُ شَعْبَهُ مِنْ خَطَايَاهُمْ».
22 وَهذَا كُلُّهُ كَانَ لِكَيْ يَتِمَّ مَا قِيلَ مِنَ الرَّبِّ بِالنَّبِيِّ الْقَائِلِ:
23 «هُوَذَا الْعَذْرَاءُ تَحْبَلُ وَتَلِدُ ابْنًا، وَيَدْعُونَ اسْمَهُ عِمَّانُوئِيلَ» الَّذِي تَفْسِيرُهُ: اَللهُ مَعَنَا.
(تعبير “الله معنا” لا يعني أنه شخص يعيش معنا).
24 فَلَمَّا اسْتَيْقَظَ يُوسُفُ مِنَ النَّوْمِ فَعَلَ كَمَا أَمَرَهُ مَلاَكُ الرَّبِّ، وَأَخَذَ امْرَأَتَهُ.
25 وَلَمْ يَعْرِفْهَا حَتَّى وَلَدَتِ ابْنَهَا الْبِكْرَ. وَدَعَا اسْمَهُ يَسُوعَ.

لاحظ تعبير:
25 وَلَمْ يَعْرِفْهَا حَتَّى وَلَدَتِ ابْنَهَا الْبِكْرَ. وَدَعَا اسْمَهُ يَسُوعَ.
