My Belief 7
Christ said: Pray like this:
“Our Father who is in heaven …” etc.
(Matthew 6:9)
And since he said that we should pray saying, “Our Father who is in heaven…,” this means that prayer is a conversation with God who is in heaven, while Jesus was on earth at that time. He did not say, “Pray saying, ‘O Jesus…’.”
That is, in prayer we address the God who is in heaven.
We say, “O our Father who is in heaven,” and we do not say, “O Jesus.” For the prayer that Jesus taught us is a conversation with the Father, not with the Son.

قال المسيح: صلوا هكذا:
أبانا الذي في السموات…إلخ.
متى ٦: ٩
وبما أنه قال أن نصلي قائلين “أبانا الذي في السموات…” فهو يعني أن الصلاة هي حديث مع الله الذي في السموات بينما كان يسوع على الأرض حينذاك، فهو لم يقل صلوا قائلين “يا يسوع..”، أي أننا في الصلاة نخاطب الإله الذي في السموات.
قائلين “يا أبانا الذي في السموات” ولا نقول “يا يسوع”، فالصلاة التي علمنا إياها يسوع هي حديث مع الآب وليس مع الإبن.
